This means that they don't typically spoil, like fresh food, and when unopened and stored properly they often remain safe to consume beyond their best-by date.
These Beverages are Formulated to be Shelf Stable Through:
- Pasteurization and bottling at co-packers with HACCP and other advanced bottling practices
- Acidic pH levels that prevent microbial growth
- Addition of sorbates designed for stability

These items are past the suggested "Best By" date, but Manufacturer certifies that these beverages are safe for consumption far past the "Best By" date printed on bottles when stored property, which these have been safely stored in a warehouse environment.
New overstocks, also often referred to as Closeouts, tend to be goods which typically have never been merchandised or exposed for sale in a retail store. Such goods can materialize from importers, manufacturers or distributors who are closing down or simply have excess goods in their warehouse that they need to move. New Overstock pallets and loads tend to be less assorted than typical customer return loads but are generally in 100% new condition.
